Shipping via USPS express mail. The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment.
Priority Mail can take up to 6 to 10 business days.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & ASIA – $55
Shipping via USPS express mail. The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment. Express Mail can take anywhere between 5 to 14 days.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Launchpad Worldwide Group. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Launchpad Worldwide Group has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the US.

Return policy
Returns are accepted only if you receive wrong sneaker or size, with authorization from one of our representatives

FOR ALL RETURNS:

Email [email protected] within 5 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.
All returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
If you are returning shoes to us, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoebox. Any return we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoebox will be immediately refused back to you. In other words, please ship them back in the exact same way you received them from us.

Shipping confirmation requires for someone to sign for your package when it is delivered. This is an optional service, unless your order is 249.99 or more in which Signature confirmation is mandatory.

Insurance
We are now offering Insurance! You have the option to be able to purchase Insurance for your order. The Insurance option are as follows: $2.50 for $200 Insurance, $5 for $300 insurance, and $10 for $500 Insurance.

Sales Tax
LPWG is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to South Carolina.
